I bought this pony for my 18-month-old grandson for Christmas and he loves it–as does his 2 1/2-year-old sister. It is an excellent value for the price and just as cute as can be. It has a wide base which keeps it from tipping over easily and the sounds are fun–not annoying. All in all, this one was a winner.

We bought these for my twins for Christmas and they love them. It has been so fun! My older boys have enjoyed them also, so they have to be pretty durable if my four year old and six year old can ride them with out any bad effects!

This is a great product and adorable. My one-year-old granddaughter loves her “neigh-neigh” pony and everyone has to sing the “clippity-clop” song with her. She gets on her pony and leans her head forward to the mane and hugs it ! She is getting a lot of enjoyment from it and so are we watching her.

I got this for my 1 year old neice for Christmas and she loves it! She loves to watch the horse’s mouth move when he sings, and its not too big for her to get on and off by herself. I saw this same pony as well as others for almost twice the price and they weren’t all as nice looking. Some looked scary or mean; this one has a nice friendly face, so it won’t scare your kid. It’s just right for little ones and the price is right. I’m very happy with it.

my nephew loved the sound the horse makes from his ears. Low to the ground for safety for young children.

I bought this rocking horse for my nephew (he lives with me) for christmas shortly after he turned 1. He is now 3 and a half, and he still rides it EVERY DAY! It was small enough for him to easily use when he was just 1, and now he is practically on his knees when he rides it, but he still rides it. (He looks so funny, like a grown-up trying to ride a tricycle, all knees and elbows…) He sticks his fingers in its mouth while it is “singing” and it is gentle enough to not hurt his little fingers. The rockers are rather slick, so he actually does travel around the room a bit (on carpet, I don’t allow him to ride it on hard surfaces). He has hit himself in the face while rocking countless times, without hurting himself, and in 2.5 years he has fallen off maybe 5 times, also without hurting himself because it sits so low. Now that he is older and rowdier, he occasionally flips it over backwards, but it is soft and lightweight enough that it doesn’t hurt him. It is also extremely durable. There are no cracks or dents, and one small tear in the seam over its jaw (from the doggie collar and leash I found him dragging the poor thing around by one day) was easily mended with a needle and thread. When the song gets to be too much, just secretly pop the batteries out, it will only slow the kid down for a few seconds. This is SOOO the best money I ever spent!!!

I got this pony for my 2 year old niece and she loves it. If you pinch one ear, it sings a catchy little song; and pinching the other ear makes a horse running noise. Neat idea and a good price for something that will provide hours of entertainment for the little ones.

We got this for our 16 month old girl. She had been playing with a friend of hers pony and she could not get enough of it. So of course we bought her her own pony. She loves to ride and play the music. It also makes a great toy to push around and chase the family dog. The size is just right for a small toddler. The runners are plastic so it slides with ease on the carpet or hard wood floors.

Bought this for 2 year old, thought it looked a little small for her but it turned out to be exactly right for her. Most other horses I looked at sat the child up very high with their feet on bars or pedals which is a serious fall hazard for kids this age, especially when combined with a spring mechanism which can bounce them right off. Despite the product recall (see other review) it actually seems to be very stable though it does tend to travel around the carpet a bit when she rocks hard on it. The sounds are cute and the little song it sings is adorable. She absolutely adores her pony and it’s been a big hit since day 1.
